Honestly no complaint. Quirky and fairly clean hotel, particularly nice views to the cathedral. Absolutely perfect location, delicious breakfast with lots of food. Very good building and rooms with contemporary decoration. Efficient, very friendly staff towards all guests. Location adjacent to cathedral. Besides, very convenient to Plaza Ceballos.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The outside of the hotel was very impressive but I was disappointed with the room. The room was clean and compact but in my opinion was not up to 4 star standard.
The room needed to be upgraded.
